Return Policy

At American Marie, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer store credit or exchanges for eligible items.

Please note: We do not offer refunds at this time.

To be eligible for store credit or an exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, perfume, pet hair, and any signs of wear

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. 

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email with your store credit or exchange details.
